By offering a training on a European level it allows helpline workers with limited job experience to further develop their capacity, to exchange experiences with co-workers from abroad and to get a better view of good practice in drug helpline work from a European perspective.
As a FESAT member, your service and your junior staff can benefit from this opportunity. FESAT can cover the travel and accommodation costs for ten participants (one per service).
