FESAT

  • is a network  which currently joins together about 50 European drug helpline services
  • has a charter  setting out the ethical principles to which all members of the Foundation adhere
  • has representatives from the Member States of the European Union on its Board , who are experts in helpline work

FESAT Best Practice Exchange Partnership Working Seminar

The Seminar objective is to share insights and generate ideas that will help define what is Best Practice for Drug Helplines under the following headings 1)Policy and practice 2)Technology and Reporting and 3)Support and supervision. Project partners expenses (hotels and flights) will be covered through their project funds. Non Partners are welcome to attend at their own expense, including meals. The Seminar will be hosted by Drugs Infolijn at the Trimbos Institute premises in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
